I have bought the above subject nomenclature ac on dt. 23.04.2016, it worked very well and i am fully satisfied. But now as summer season has appoached and the usage of ac has increased, but it is regretted to state that the cooling which i got initially, now i am not getting the same. I bought it from snehanjali digi 1, badlapur east state maharashtra, via voucher no. Sls1636328, invoice no. Ae653792, order no. Ord1620477, date: 23.04.2016. Even i have telephonically made a complant about the same but i haven't received any service or feedback. They assured me that my problem will be solved within 48 hours but to no avail.
