Please refer my order no #4355 online at snogtrend website on 23/09/2017. I had paid rs 899/- but items have not been delivered to me. Customer care is not responding. Pl help me to get my money back. Its a big amount. My mob no is [protected]. My email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in
Company claimed that cloths are free of cost but customer has to just pay shipping charges and because it will be from our of country.. Shipping charges would be high... Cod was not accepted..
After paying the charges, i kept waiting but never got the ordered items... When i wrote to them, they said it's taking time as it is coming from abroad... After that i kept writing to them but never got any reply... Pl help us to get our money back... Was this information helpful? |
