I have booked my order (Legends - december hoodie 1) on 10-sep-2017. Till now i didn't get my product. I have raised query multiple times no reply... Very bad response.. Pls update on high priority... Such a worst experience. I lost my money. Very irritating.

This snogtrend- website from Facebook advertisement section showed some good deal for online purchase. Snogtrend website has done online fraud, not accepting cash on delivery, and payment of Rs. 3000 was done through net banking on[protected] for a purchase of handbag sets.
Its been 6 months already. I know i will get neither cash nor product.
Just for public awareness, I am complaining here as I know complaining in this website...

My name is harshita. I order number is[protected] and my ccavenue reference number is[protected] and order date 23/09/2017. Till today i dont have received my order. They give me contact number but its not working....

I had ordered hand bags jacket from snog trend order #5692 rs.299.00, #5703 rs.299.00 & #5838 rs. 2099.00 on[protected].
I paid the complete amount & got order confirmation mail too & was assured delivery within 15 working days.. I kept on mailing them [protected]@snogtrend.com via shopify.com to track the status of my stuff but never got any reply. Kindly take strong action against such people so they dont even think to cheat anybody...

I purchased hand bags from snogtrend in september 2017, but still now it was not delivered to me. Product ad was showing on facebook. Now website url is showing wrong website address. I paid through paytm. It means facebook, paytm wallet was associated with it. This is a fraud. I have order details. Its have been four month. I want my product or my money back....

They have not delivered the bag since 85 days so we have lodging a complaint against you. I have ordered it on 29 th September 2017 since than they have not delivered it to me. Please refund the amount back and take strong decision on this website as we people believe and order as of other website, where they delivered. I have placed an order on 30/09/2017 order id bearing [protected] and have paid the amount online. I have also sent a mail to them and they said it will be shipped from china amd require 30-45 days and now realized its a bloody fraud company cheating innocents like us who beleive in online shopping.
Kindly take an action regarding this and refund my money back as i have paid 700 which is not a small amount....

The company took the payment at the time of placing order and there is no update regarding delivery. I sent mail to them as well. They did not respond.
Now i can't even send them mail, because they have deleted their mail id and site is no longer accessible.

I have bought 2 no's XL Size October hoodies on 12th sep 2017. Order confirmed as #2510. But two months are over now. Till date items shipping details not given & also product not delivered. I think Snogtrend is fraud company which have taken online payment from customer & product not delivered.

Purchased 2 sarees and 4 handbags from online shopping company snogtrend on 25/09/2017 and 26/09/2017 of rs 1897 via order no #5590, #5500 and #5498, the payment was deducted instantly from bank account as cash on delivery option was not available for purchasing, payment was processed through ccavenue/charge gateway, it was said that the information about product will be communicated via e mail or information can also be traced from the email...
