I have ordered 2 sets of handbags from the snogtrend website on the spl discount offer where i paid the shipping charges of 499. Also ther r no contact details on the site so that v can enquire abt the order. I hv placed the order on 27th sept 2017 and have not received the product yet. Infact today when i tried to open the site it was not opening.. Should we file a case against snogtrend n how do we get refund?
