I have ordered handbags on oct 3rd and paid shipping costs... But product not delivered till now. Contacted their support thru email for any update on their courier service.. But no response till now. Pls advise what action can be taken. If product is not delivered, is there a way to get my money back. Serious action should be taken on such websites.

I have made an order for 4 bags for ₹299 on 30th September 2017. Still not delivered it. An now the website is not available. My order ID was #7815 and order ID on secure.ccavenue.com is #[protected]. Please don't let this cheating happen again to any customer. Please find solution for this complaint.
