Snogtrend — snogtrend is a cheater.

I have ordered a handbags, which cost rs.299 on 27th september. Till date i didn't receive the products and any reply from them. Now there website is also not working. They cheated us. How could i complaint against them. Pls help me regarding this. They should not cheat innocent people anymore. How could i lodge a complaint against them. There is no any contact details too n the mail i'd also bouncing back. I paid them through paytm site. How can paytm get vendorship with such cheaters. I also want paytm to take an action on their registered vendor. U guys are cheaters and cheated very badly. I need my hardearn money back
