Snogtrend — the product which I ordered was not received

I placed my order on 20th september 2017.. My order number is #3025.. I didn't receive the product so far.. Y they are cheating on us.. How to get back the money.. Now the website also vanished.. Should do something against this company.. I just want to know whether ll get my product or not.. If not atleast refund the money which u took from us... Please help me with it..I have 3 set of orders it cums to total 5 ladies bags..I have paid my money and still not received my product.I have mailed them many times no ans from them and as i have tracked my product its showing leaving parcel its coming through china post.

Sir,
I ordered a set of 4 bags worth Rs. 3000. bt its free n i only paid delivery charges Rs. 300. But my order isn't come yet. I ordered it one month before but i didn't get any information about the product or about it delivery.
Please return my money or delivered my order

Contact your bank... Search for "SBI Cardholder Dispute Form" or "ICICI Bank Cardholder Dispute Form" on Google.
