Snow Travel Club — honeymoon package refund

Hi team,
I had book the honeymoon package of 24300 for 5 night and 6 days for shimla and manali from snow travel club.. I had made the 1st payment for 10000 from paytm for booking after that they had demand for the remaining payment of 14300 because hotel honeymoon inn asking for full payment and i made the remaining amount to company account... After some days they request more 6000 because hotel honeymoon inn is not in the budget of 24300 which was earlier package amount.. I made the additional 6000 requested bys ow travel and transfer to company account and they are agreed is the last payment will be but now i had ask the confirmation email for the hotel booking and other booking.. Now they ask gst amount near about 5400. Gst was already included in the earlier package of 24300. See payment confirmation via email. So kindly opine and refund back.
I also had emailed to head office of snow travel club and they confirmed multiple times refund will be credited in some days and lastly confirm on 25 april'19. See attached screenshot
