I gave one man's sweater for dry wash (in jp nagar 7th phase snoways) for
which delivery date was 14th Nov, but they did not able to deliver on
time and delaying process started. I repeatedly told them that on 21st
evening we r going abroad. At last after huge harrasment and argument
when we went to the shop on 21st and standing their for longntime requesting to return my cloth, in any condition, no need to wash even, the shop keeper told us to wait few more hours, then few more days as its coming from factory (his old excuse), then after argument one manager name AMIYA called and very casually said
that "Madam we lost ur sweater", n they can't do anything . one manager name Dinesh was refused to give its price amount (rs.5000 )back, I asked at least half price they should give as its only 6months old.he said take 500, I requested those goons (better word for cheaters) for solution n they agreef to pay s.1000 only. I tried to sent them mail but their mail id is not active. Was this information helpful? |
