Snoways Laundry — 2 sets of Clothes are not received Yet
This is Ashwani from Bangalore, I have given a 4 sets of salwar/Kameez/Scarf of wife for washing in Snoways Laundry Chikkalsandra branch, Bangalore, with the bill no. 199 on 6th Mar'10. I have only received 2 sets till date, 2 sets are still with them. I think they have lost it and everytime when i call them they come up with some story. Even I spoke to managaer, Mr. Siddu, who does not pick up my call. Initially he was very proactive but now he stopped picking my call.I do not know what to do. Pls. take a stringent action against these guys. They act like professional but they are worst than any other laundry wala.
Pls. solve this problem asap.

dear sir, This is to inform u tat i had given a black jacket in jaynagar 4th block on 22nd july 2010 and its been 5 days i havnt received it. The attendant there is very irresponsible and doesnt even bother when i go and ask for my jacket and everytime he says that come in the evening but again the jacket is not there. The bill number is 2439 and want you to take necessary actions as soon as possible because its a costly jacket .ThanksKeshav
Thanks for posting your problem in the net. I have faced a similar problem and my jacket as well was lost by them. I told them that I will put acomplaint in the Consumer Forum but they did not return the Jacket. Finally notiice was sent to them on this from Consumer forum and in the very next hearing they have returned my jacket. I am making a point to sue them further on this as this has resulted in loss of confidence in them and I suggest that you do the same.
