Snr Square — Flipkart not responding to warranty claim fungal cabinet

I purchased a Flipkart Perfect Homes Julian Engineered Wood Cabinet on September 13, 2024 (Order ID: OD[protected]. Within the warranty period, the cabinet developed fungal growth. Flipkart support initially responded asking for photos, which I provided on July 4, 2025. Since then, they have not responded.

This issue is clearly a manufacturing or material defect. Multiple customers have reported similar problems in reviews of the same product.

I am requesting a full refund under warranty, as the cabinet is unusable and has health risks.

Please help escalate and resolve this complaint as Flipkart is not responding further.
