Snr Square — not refunding any money and don't want to terminate the agreement | |
I have requested to cancel the agreement and as per agreement ready to pay penalty, but the builder is not ready to refund any money, saying no way it can be terminated after these many months, but, nothing is mentioned in the agreement. I am requesting him to honor the agreement, but, he just ignoring me. Is it so easy in our country to cheat like this? Was this information helpful? | |

Yes, there was a typo. One of my friends sent the above message, I copied and pasted, on his behalf - so, please instead of "I" read "one of friends". Anyway, it's not important to know the name {I am sure, you know whom I am talking about}. My friend is living abroad now a days and hence it's difficult for him to make frequent communication with you, still he tried but not received reply from you with proper solution. I can find out the latest and can ask him to drop another reminder, if you want to.
