So Services — fake form filling job | |||
On 17 july, i found a data entry form filling job, work from home, from clickindia. 2200 forms to be filled in 20 days and offered 25rs. Per form. I was made to sign a digital document (Later which reviewed was pasted and appears fake.) A link o[censored]sername and password was send to me as (https://goo.gl/hxtytV). I submitted the work in stipulated time and the site displayed successful submission of work. But later, i was made to save a fraudulent file on my computer which i had no access to. Next day i logged in to the site, it viewed that the report has failed and meanwhile, i was unable to access the site thereon. From 2 days later, i observered a disturbing trend of legal threats.. I started getting "legal" mails (At teched photographs) even without any official intimidation of payment, bill or charges. I was straight away threatened that an associate has been hired (Name : mm patel) to book a case against me in surat civil court. As the trend was confusing, i took a legal advise from a lawyer. Also, further searching about the company, i came to know that there is no such company, i did not even find any official address of the same. M getting regular threats of further legal process and "notices" which appear to be completely fake. These are the banking details sent to me (Photo attached) and they are asking me to send an amount rounding to 8000 rs. Kindly look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||

On 7 march, 2019 I found an online form filling job from clickindia from a company named pexiv...I applied for that...then an associate named rajvi Patel call me and she gives me all details that I have to fill 900 forms in 9 day..
Then I completed my resistantion process...I completed my work at 16 March and I submitted it...now today, 19march they mail me that I don't submit my work so I have to pay 4700rs...if I don't pay then they take legal action..I will send the additional information that they give me with this report... They ask me for money...so plz sir help me...

I got work from form filling and I cudnt complete because of illness and I got call from other company to complete my work they ask me some 6500 and I told them I will pay 3000 and after completing of my work and once I recieve money from that company then I will pay u remaining amount they said ok after I paid 3000 they ask me to pay full amount then only they will give back my Id and password itseems they cheated me last minute i want to take action on that cyber cafe Plot no. 3/4, hayat typing center, above D-mart, GSRTC Bus Stop, Bandhu Nagar, Ranip, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382480 ph no+[protected]

On 10th March 2021 I got a medifolio form filling job and I was told that if you do multiple logins you have to pay 5000 + Gst and after I completed 335 forms in 1½ days time and that night I was banned from the server and then today 13th March 2021 a man name Denish Patel (lawyer) called saying if I want to continue with the work I have to pay 11, 500 and if I want to terminate my contract then I have to pay 15, 999 so when I said no that I won't pay they sent me a legal notice stating I should hire a lawyer and that they will see me in court under section 70 and the HR supposedly told me that because of me her whole company's system has been crashed and that they can't do any work. I'm so scared that I don't know what to do I don't wanna go to court or to jail so somebody please help me 🙏🏻 and tell me what to do🙏🏻😭
