I was searching for some data entry job 10 months back and signed up for so services. They asked for signature and photo and once i send them, they have sent me some legal contract with my sign on it.
Now they were asking for 7000 rs as a fine or they will file a case against me in surat civil court.
At that time i was afraid so i made the payment and they handed over a noc for that. (Which is total fake)
But now, after 10 months a person named (Vivek mehta) is calling me from [protected] saying that he is speaking from arbitration house delhi. He is now saying that a notice is going to release on 4 pm today. If i don't want this notice then i have to pay, 7600*3=22800 otherwise if the notice is released, i have to pay 7600*10=76000. Please help, what should i do now?

And again now after one year, another advocate called me asked to pay 12510 rupees, and he say close the file and i have paid for not taking risk. And again call me they are asking me to pay 15510 it is a last process-, if i didn't pay, they are saying - they will send a legal notice to my address.

I really in lot of trouble, please anyone solve my problem. I'm very much thankful in advance.

This company gave me data entry work and they declined my work and charged me 7600₹ and they provided me the noc.
Suddenly, after one year i got a call and a person called me and said that they have sued me for not completing the work and i have ti pay 24000₹ for settlement. But i have given the amount still they are charging me please help me.

On 26 july, i found a data entry form filling job, work from home, from clickindia. 2200 forms to be filled in 20 days and offered 25rs. Per form.
They ask me to download the digidocs android app and send your addhar cars photo and signature photo, i send it.

I submitted the work in stipulated time and the site displayed successful submission of work.

Next day i logged in to the site, it viewed that the qc report has failed and meanwhile, i was unable to access the site thereon.

From 2 days later, i observered a disturbing trend of legal threats.. I started getting "legal" mails (At teched photographs) even without any official intimidation of payment, bill or charges. I was straight away threatened that an associate has been hired (Name : tejas joshi) to book a case against me in surat civil court.

These are the banking details sent to me (Photo attached) and they are asking me to send an amount 7510/- rs.

I also pay the above amount to ask me (So services) bank account. And they send me noc (No objection certificate)

Still they ask me to pay more 12510/- rs for termination of your agreement.
But they cannot send me such information or such agreement information.

Kindly look into the matter.

I got a work from so services, and i failed to compelete the work. And their advocate called me and asked to pay 12000/- and i paid, after that he said the agreement was terminated. And after three months again they are asking for amount to pay 75, 000 and if i didn't pay, they are saying we will send a legal notice to your address.

I am priyadarshini from Hyderabad I have applied for a job in click India and I got a call from so services which is in Surat offered a form filling job they said to complete 2000applications in 20days they will pay nearly 20rs for application and we made a aggrement. I am unable to complete in 20days on 19th day I have called then and asked for extra days then they said I have to pay 7600rs and I can take up to 10days more and they said it is refundable I paid the money but with in 3days I submitted my work after 2days they send a mail that my QC is failed and my aggrement is cancelled I have requested to send my money back but they don't.
I have asked about their address but they said they won't give as they are sole proprietor
Bank details they provided in the name spectrum technocrats which is suspicious
I have seen many complaints in internet on this company.
7600rs is not mentioned in aggrement it is not a small amount.

I started working for so services about two months ago, submitted 2200 forms on time
Their qc report shows more than 1000 forms to be wrong but when i cross verified word to word, they marked my entries wrong incorrectly
Now after two months they threaten me with legal action and say i might have to pay 25000 in court
Please help as i don't have that much money
Is this a fraud company?

Sir, i had registered on clickindia and 1 day i received a call from so service, they told me there is work form home opportunity and you have to fill 2200 hundred forms in 20 days, and they will pay me rs 25 for each form and and they told me to install and android app and do digital signature and in that they sent me one contract and i sign that after that i got email from [protected]@gmail.com and in the email they had sent me instructions

"as per contract with you, we are here by attached your call verification,
Sign agreement which is verified with your location kindly go through it.

After completion of my sign up process i found many complaints in google and what ever the mail id they have provided for helpline - [protected]@gmail.com i called the help line numbers and i want to cancel my contract but they are saying that even if you cancel your id you have to pay 5200 rupees utility charges, i said did not utilized your service yet. Why should i pay? For that they are saying if you will not pay we will take legal action on you

I register on a clickindia for job and after some hours i receive a call from the company name SO Services (Liza)and also a mail from liza.[protected]@gmail.com who says that she is marketing executive of the company she told me that i have to fill 2200 forms in 20days so that they pay me and they send me an agreement from surat with advocate name chetan d. Dhimar and in that they write if you won't complete the work you have to pay 5200/- to the company for maintenance. So after googling the advocate name i searched so many complain about that advocate with different company name. And after seen that i stop my work.
So is there any problem will occur when i didn't submit the work.
Because i don't want to trap in the legal procedure i was thinking to lodge a complaint in my area police station and also send them a legal notice from cyber crime branch Delhi.

I got this company reference from clikindia.I have joined this company online for form filling recently company send me their agreement and company have mentioned on agreement that I will not submit work on 20 days so I will pay 5200.also company send me the username and password. After reading the reviews I am having serious doubts.can someone help me please.

This company gave me form filling work and i thought this is fake company and i didnt done any work they given. And i called them before i got the work, id and password and told that i didn't want to work for you but they were not give me the proper information and didn't respond my call. Now they called me and said that you have to pay paynalty as per the agreement sign. One person calling me and named as advocate shristi patel she is saying to pay paynalty 8782 rupees otherwise she will take the legal action on me... Please get me out of this..
