Sobha Dream Acres — struggling to get the refund amount on cancellation | |||||
I had booked a unit a 3 - 05032 under sobha dream acres-rain forest-wing on 8th october 2017 and had paid token advance of rs 1 lakh. Due to financial constraint (As we are expecting a baby and sister's marriage next year), we were not able to go for the property. We informed our crm (Mr. Arvind and abishek) well in advance through personal calls and official mails (Keeping sobha crmerp mail id in cc). Despite of being informed by us about cancellation, we are still receiveing the mails about booking and tds deduction. There is not even a single reply from sobha official mail id (Crmerp). We believe sobha as an organisation should take this up considering our situation. Not able to go for our dream home is not a pleasant thing for us too but there is a really pressing situation for us. Beware!! We had booked flat unit 49005 under Sobha dream acres on 12th Nov 2017 with the booking amount of Rs 30, 000. We were influenced by the marketing people Mr. James Anil and Mr. Devendra Dundlodia by saying that there is a scheme Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana that would be there only upto Dec 2017(which is not true in fact it is still there for the year 2018 as well).
We had to cancel this booking due to some personal emergency. They gave us false hopes (via official email and on calls) that our money would be refunded to us. But even after 4 months of continues follow ups we didn’t get our money back till date. Please think twice before venturing into Sobha dream acres as there are many people who lost their hard earned money like us.
