Bilder is demanding payment for issue of NOC to BESCOM for transfer of connection.
Al payments &payments were cleared before registration & handover.. this is coustomer harasment

I hv visited sobha dream acres to buy a flat through my sister reference bcz she has already purchased one. While booking the apartment they hv given some channel partner name where as I hv mentioned initially my sis flat no for the reference.
note: referral person will get the reference amount(min 50k based on the flat price).

If we call shoba sales person directly also they will not attend you instead they give our mobile no to any channel partner people, they will call you and give their name as reference if we book a flat. I haven't expected this kind of cheap behavior in sobha, which is spoiling sobha construction name.

For some people this issue might look small but wt ever they HV done it's wrong and being a repeated customer it's truly unfair. I just want people to aware of this kind of nonsense. The referral bonus is a small amount compare to the flat price but no body is going to give a single penny from their pocket right so why would I leave it as being a repeated customer and moreover it's my flat amount which they give us back as a bonus.

Gst charged on ready to move in aparmwnt is 12% but by the govt regulation post april 2019 it has to be 5%

Sobha is still charging 12% on base value.

I have booked my flat in wing 18, after seeing the demo flat. After a year, when i went there to see my flat, i was really taken aback. Sobha has put all cheap tiles in the flat and there was nothing similar to demo flat. Please just get rid of the stuff in your mind that sobha is a brand. Sobha is just another fraud in the market. I had blocked 2 bhk in sobha dream acres project, located at panathur, bangalore by giving an amount of rs. 100000 on commitment of crm that in case i don’t want to pursue, my money will be returned without delay. For some personal circumstances, i couldn’t hold the flat and hence requested management to return my blocking amount but for almost 2 months, sobha management seems to unnecessarily delay giving my money back.

2. Location of project is really good as it is among many business parks and accessible to most of companies in bangalore.
