Sociofy Enterprises Private Limited — I didn't get refund of 392 Rs

I order 2 item, Order ID[protected] Rs) and second is Order ID[protected] Rs). I cancelled order on 18 September 2021 but still I didn't get refund.

Then I called to customer care and their Mobile number took from Google - [protected], [protected] but these people asked me to install Anydesk App in my mobile and they are fraud.

Please refund my 392 Rs.
