I have ordered one lehnga from this company's online site http://softsilksaree.com/ordertracking/index/index/. the image showing at the time of ordering is totally different from the one which is delivered. The quality and colour and design is all different and poor quality. When i login to raise the return request i wasn't able to as the option is not available. They haven't even update the delivered status for my order. I call in given number how ever no one attend. I call. Many times no response. I just want my money back. Could you please help. I have attached the fake picture of the product.
