I purchased silk saree from Pothys Pondicherry on 12.02.2022 06.30 pm.
After wearing the saree for one time the zari thread in the saree bottom is coming out....

No order confirmation msg or mail was sent by the site. The saree was delivered by ekart charging 1149 /-. Quality is worst and the saree is not of more than 200/-
The no is switched off and the site is not opening. There is no way of returning the package. The address mentioned is same as other fake site complaint addresses on web of surat. This address needs to be checked as how so many fake sellers are using it to scam customers...

Purchased a saree with cod option.
Today the product received but a completely wrong one.
Tried emailing n sending messages on what's app but to no avail.
Such a horrendous experience.
Attaching what i ordered and what was sent. Had ordered off white and black, cat print saree and they sent pink and lavender saree. I have no clue how can the saree received be exchanged. They do not have any contacts that are functional....

I have ordered one lehnga from this company's online site http://softsilksaree.com/ordertracking/index/index/. the image showing at the time of ordering is totally different from the one which is delivered. The quality and colour and design is all different and poor quality. When i login to raise the return request i wasn't able to as the option is not available. I have purchased a soft silk saree from crazen demand.com online site. I have got it today. But the product was different from that i have expected. So i want to return it.
