I am mohd kamil idid my bcom from shobhit university i did not recieved my marksheet last 1 year thy told me your marksheet has been recieved 1 month and again 1 month now my ear is very fetap those people words i realised why joined the softdot thy r spoil my time my money my career if anyone perso who is help me plz help me and provide me my marksheet

I was a former employee at softdot, pitampura. My joining date was 29th october, 2013 and i have served them till 2nd march, 2014.
Due to my GATE - 2014 exam i had to take 2 days leave after which i was informed he another day on phone that you have been terminated and needed to visit only when informed about the salary's reception.
After that almost a month passed, i got no call from the institute regarding the collection...

I have completed my MCA from 2010. After putting several efforts, I am still waiting for refund of my security money. I have submitted application, filled form for security refund and call softdot department plenty of time. But every time they are saying contact after few weeks/month or concern person is not available.

Hi, I have enrolled for MBA from PTU (Punjab Technical University) in the month of September-2012 from Softdot institute Janakpuri and they have given me the fees receipt on the name of PTU and they have also took the fees for the second semester as well. After some month they have told me that the UGC recognition of the university has been cancelled due to some reasons and the exams of the same will not be held in this year and they called me to join MGU (Mahatama Gandhi University) and they have told me that every student of the same is being transferred to the MGU but when I talked to the other students they told me that they did not change their University and I also talked to the PTU department and they have told me that the exams will be schedule on time and the data sheet is given on website.
Moreover, I have asked them to refund my fees and they have told me that your fees can not be refunded because they have enrolled me in the MGU than I asked them to transfer me to PTU again and they told me that this can not happen now and if you want to enroll in the PTU we can not pay you the fees for 1st Semester and the enrollment of the same will be apply in next schedule.

The institute is not providing sufficient classes. along with that the
faculty members are adivising student to join MGU(MAHATMA GANDHI UNIVERSITY)
and leave PTU(Punjab technical university). not only this faculty member
are also assuring the passing of student and possession of degree if the
student will join mgu. in addition to this faculty members are not adequate
in number. also the study material is being provided to student few day prior
to the exams. students are forced to pay semester fees in advance.
i am not satisfied with the services provided by institute which they promised
at the time of admission.

i had completed my B.B.A in 2010 from soft- dot hi tech institute south x, now i want to take my security money back which is rupees 2000 but when i am asking for my security money the institute keeps on changing their words . they always keep on telling please come after 1 month . please do needful for my problem.

dear sir/madam,
since many years i know this institute named softdot institute of management located in janakpuri district centre,jaina tower 8th floor new delhi.there are thousans of students regularly attends classess and more than twenty teachers excluding other staffs.the director earning a good amount of money from stuedents and busyness is going very well.but i[censored] see the facility for the employees its nothing according to the labour law of india.neither the directors providing provident fund,bonus nor esi and other govt facilities that they should give.number of times employee urge with the owner but he never listens.
is there anyone in the consumer forum that can take action against them.the directors is runing number of institute in west and south delhi from many years.directors name is known as r.k agarwal.residing in janakpuri a block.

i satyaprakash chauhan, i hereby inform that , i have applied the course of MBA, PTU, March, 2008 through this Instittute, when i came for admission in MBA , i can not aware of this Institute regarding facilities like Proper Clasess or Administration Rule of this company. i seen his advt. in News paper and it given a attractive facilites of provide good classes. But softdot fully failed own commenments who was with me...

I am the student of softdot hi-tech institute of bba-1st year. I want to transfer from the institute to another institute and i have already deposit my 2nd year fees upto 2nd instalment. And gone to the institute for taking NOC but they refuse to give the NOC and said that no fees will be refunded....

I am a student of MCA, Guru jambeshwar university and i am doin this through Study Center named "SoftDot", K-16, South Extension, New Delhi.I took admission in 2007 and as the university fee for this course early is Rs.15000 approx. they asked us to pay rs.19000 as it includes registration fee(rs.1000), Library fee (rs.2000) etc.Now its been 2 years now...we hav't seen any library in the institue and they promised us at the time of adsmission that we will get library cards and with the help of that we will be able to issue the books from the library to study but its been 2 years now, we hav't recieved any library card and there is no book in the library which they can give us to study except the books those comes from the university and these books we gets just before 15 days of the exams.they promised us that there will be practical classes on weekly basis but we hav't see any in the last 2 years.teachers don't teach properly..they are not at all cooperative.when we tried to talk to the management about all these issues they did't let us to talk to them and whenver we tried to speak to the director of SoftDot.he never met us...they always just try to make fool o[censored]s.they are taking money and not providing any service.we paid 3000 extra but we did't get any thing in return of that.we don't get books on time, no library facility, paying more than any other study centre for the same university.we came to know about the xtra fee after we saw that in the prospectus which they given us when we paid 13000 to them as the first installment and according to the university rule now we can't change the study centre.we are like in trap now.i need some action against this FAKE study centre...they are ruining our carrear.please advice me what should i do?should i try to contact any lawyer because its enough now.i paid the amount and i am getting only pain in the return of that...please advice me.I want to file a case against these guys.it piches me. i pay the salary after earning it but i am not getting what they promised to me.please advice me something

This is Taruna Kumari and i am pursuing BCA from Softdot HiTech Educational & Training Institute, D-27, southextension Part-1 New Delhi 49.

I enrolled in BCA Regular Course which is affilated by Guru Jambeshwar University, Hissar, Haryana on 22nd June, 2008. Now my 1st year exam is coming but the Staff on Institute said first you submit the fee of second year after that we will give you the admit card for appear in exams. My exam start from 22nd June, 2009.

I said i will not submit the fee of second year because i don't want to continue here my studies, then they said ok don't come for class from next day and when i asked him for the refund so they denied and refused to give me the entire amt. of fee.

This is rediculous. They are going to ruin my future. Please do the needful for me.

This is Rashmi Shukla and i was working in Softdot HiTech Educational & Training Institute, D-27, southextension Part-1 New Delhi 49, My joining date was 8 september 2008, i have been woked here till 16 March 2009,
Due to some family reason i had to go to my village, after coming from my village i was terminated from my job, however i applied for leaves 1 month ago.
when i asked about my payment dues they told me to come later, after 4 to 5 days later i called them then again i was told to come later in this way 1& half month gone, i had made lot of calls to them but they never replied positively even they behave rudely,
I have Appointment Letter,




I would request u to help me out in the same as I need my payment dues with security deduction.as soon as possible
