I am S.Rajkumar, purchased Solid HDS2-6069 free to air MPEG-4 DVB-S2 set top box from Solid company on Jan 2020 and order id is :66180 . It is not working from April 2020 onwards and from that day onwards i am not getting any reply from them. But on Jan 2021, I have sent to the solid company by courier for doing the service. Till now I did not get my product back . Around 1.5 years they were holding and not replying anything. Kindly help in this regard

Free to air set top box from solid purchased before covid march 2020 and submitted for service at jan 2021 . after service i did not received product from the solid and no response till now
