My order I'd 66180, Set top box for free to air dish of HDS2 6069 purchased on Jan 2020. Now it is not working properly, video output is not available and only audio output is present. Menu function is not coming . So I am unable to use. I need a service immediately. such request submitted on jan 2021 to till now so many mail and no response from Solid

I am S.Rajkumar, purchased Solid HDS2-6069 free to air MPEG-4 DVB-S2 set top box from Solid company on Jan 2020 and order id is :66180 . It is not working from April 2020 onwards and from that day onwards i am not getting any reply from them. But on Jan 2021, I have sent to the solid company by courier for doing the service. Till now I did not get my product back . Around 1.5 years they were holding and not replying anything. Kindly help in this regard
