Solitaire Technology — Helpline contact not connected and system issue is

I started form filling work, and my submission date was 14 January 2021 but on date 14 I faced system issue for 2 to 3 hours and for same I contacted helpline contact numbers and also to the person who contacted me for this work for which I have applied on Quikr jobs but no any person picked my call, for this please check attachments.

And on next day call was picked and they told that on date 14 it was not their working day, and when I requested for one day extension they demanded me charges of 3100 Rs for one day extension.

Why should I pay this amount for not my mistake.


They sent me Agreement of competing work till 14 january 2021 but if in any system issue any helpline support is not available then how work will complete in deadline which is given in Agreement.

If helpline given in Agreement is not working then Agreement is Void and invalid.
