Never ever call somany for warranty serivce, as they told 7 years service warranty covered.
They says service free, but just for a dripping you need to change a washer (Might be costing rs2-rs 10) only. Since they want to loot money from you they will change some other parts. They changed a spindle which costs only rs 70 in market.
But the guy came for service proudly says, sir there is no service charges and i am not charging for the washer. Just for the spindle its rs 275.
And he has not given any receipt even after asked.
When you call somany customer care you get no reply only press[protected]...

7 years back i had purchase bath fittings for my house and happy with it smooth flow of all fuction of waters ... since 3 days wall mixer not working properly and Right side tap cut and fell down it ... i request u people please attend my complained as early as possible
