I am happy with somany company
7 years back i had purchase bath fittings for my house and happy with it smooth flow of all fuction of waters ... since 3 days wall mixer not working properly and Right side tap cut and fell down it ... i request u people please attend my complained as early as possible

Complained has been registered vide M[protected] and satisfaction code 4221

Never ever call somany for warranty serivce, as they told 7 years service warranty covered.

They says service free, but just for a dripping you need to change a washer (Might be costing rs2-rs 10) only. Since they want to loot money from you they will change some other parts. They changed a spindle which costs only rs 70 in market.

But the guy came for service proudly says, sir there is no service charges and...
