After that we give them Purchase Order & Pan /card copy, tin No & also Chq of RS, 276760/-with chq no 110423 favour of SVC Bank with advance, which was cleared in our bank But at the time of delivery Mr Shankar Nair, Area Sales Manager, refused to provide the Nano Tiles & told us that we cannot give Nano Tiles and also told that get your money back.So go thoroughly in my complaint & give me favorable reply as early as possible
