I have taken 1500 sq. Feet tiles from loacl distributor at Sasaram, Bihar..While flloring the tile we could obseve huge variation in the size of tile and upon completion of a entire flooring of room, tiles are not getting alligned as each tile is diffrent on its size.

Very worst product given due to which entire floor looking vert worst.

Myself Thamseer Veettil, Considering brand value and promises from the vendor that there wont be any vairation on size and 100% bend free, I ordered 5300 Sqft of tiles for the purpose of flooring. While flloring the tile we could obseve huge variation in the size of tile and upon completion of a entire flooring of room, tiles are not getting alligned as each tile is diffrent on its size.
Company claims its is as per standard but it seems pathetic and even contractor claims that they never had such worst quality of products even from the local barnds

I have purchased somany tiles from pahala, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. But after delivery I found most of the wall tiles are broken. Please replace them.

I bought a cistern of somani which i installed at my house Rajnagar R-10/100 but that cistern is not working at all.

We have placed the order on[protected] and paid 100 percent
payment in advance. The promise was made by the somany ceramics to deliver the said order in two weeks.

After three weeks part of the order was delivered to us and the we have
not received the balance material till date.

Since three months we have been continuously asking the sales
executives for the delivery of remaining tiles but they comes up every time with a new lie and false promise.

We procured Somany floor tiles, during laying we faced a manufacturing defect, we matched all 4 corners of tiles but other edges are not matching.

Today I went to somany( studio) showroom which is considered India's biggest tiles showroom. The whole 4 storied showroom have only one staff and he is busy with attending a builder agent. Actually I was ready to purchase tiles in that same time because I am in a hurry to finish my house construction. After waiting for long time no one cares, I felt insulted and left. Please never visit this worst showroom guys, I went here after seeing some youtuber beggars video reviews, they are praising them for the ### of somany. NEVER VISIT AGAIN

Purchased Somany bathware and all the plumbing items for my new house but sorry to say that not a single tap is dispensing water as it should. Replace one tap with an ordinary tap which is working very well at least better than the branded Somany.
Therefore, request you to please depute your mechanics for a through check of all my Somany products
Please don’t delay we have already suffered a lot

We built our home on 2018 and installed the somany closet . But now the water is not filling up immediately in the flush tank. We checked with a local plumber and he told this cant be repaired by his own and needs to consult with company itself....

Water is not coming to the closet tank

Toilet syphon problem of company no passing of water and flush is not use
Complain many time before but not get any solution.

Please resolve the issue

Cement surfaced along the edges of the tiles after fixing it on the floor leaving scar marks/impression along the borders of the tiles, and thereby giving a very bad look. Even a drop of chocolate cake on the floor left an impression on it and didn't go off. Somany tiles which costs more than other tiles should immediately address the problem, or get itself ready for a consumer court settlement.

I have purchased a seat this month but it's water drainage system not working properly . I have already registered the complaint on toll free no. Before 7 days but no response from ur side. So also i am not satisfy very poor service. I request u to solve my complaint as soon as possible...

I had recently new construction in faridabad
But only somany company disappointed me regarding wall mounted seat. No water is coming in seat property. The cost of wall mounted seat is 8000 rupees and it's not worth for me till the water is not flush property

I purchased 181 box plazo bianco tiles from somany sastha ceramics chennai. The materials are worst quality, after laying only we know that almost 50% of tile was bend in center. All four corners will connect, but the center will go up. Finally i send the complaint to chennai office. The dealer gave one gentleman phone no. His name is senthil. Hardly one or two times he picked the phone, then they send a person for check the tiles with manual measuring materials. Finally the company send the mail the bend is within permissable bend as per is standard. But client didn't accept the tile, he told to remove entire tiles almost i lost 2.50 lakhs rupees and i lost further business also.
What can i do?

Recently i have a made a purchase from new horizen somany studio located in thiruvalla kerala. My total purchase amount is almost 2 lakh including the tiles and ceramic items. Many of tiles inside the boxes are broken when delivered. But the dealer new horizon never take the responsibility and asking me to purchase the same thing again and again if i want. As they know that once the products are sold to a retail customers there is no chance...

Somany tiles are of very low grade quality. When we complain against tiles that tiles are bending then 1 executive came and was telling that it will be changed but no response was given. And now after 3 years all of the tiles are cracking and are not of good quality. Sometimes we also get hurt by just touching and then we had a cut on fingers. I will recommend not to buy any kind of somany ceramics.

1st there was a crack in seat that was replaced after 3days. Whole work has to be stopped because of that. Then the replacement seat has almost no water seal level. ### is never clean. Though this high end seat we have purchased as they say this keeps best cleaning. Surveyed who comes is very rude and unprofessional. I know his phone no as well as his name. Highly disappointed with the callus attitude.

I have recently got installed somani wall mounted seat and concealed cistern. From the day of installation (Two months back) the cistern has not been working. The complaints have been lodged (No 120325 and 121010). The technicians visited on a couple of occasions but couldn't rectify. They have been giving hollow promises. Even the call centre executives have been giving false promises. Its been two months and my toilet has been lying unused. Hope i get some relief from this forum and the toilet is made serviceable.

Bought the jupiter model in chennai om-serma hardwares thiruvanmiyur and there is manufacturing defect beneath the tank and water is leaking from the un-proper finished moulding. As the molding defect is under the tank we able to see the water seepage after the installation only. Need full replacement and the cost for fixing it. Not as quality as parryware. Thought of saving some extra thousands and bought this brand. But the cost saving resulted in a poor quality. Need a replacement immediately. Made an online compliant # 119166. Others please dont buy this brand

I bought somany vitrified tiles as it is over of the top tile companies in india but to my dismay i found that while fitting edges was totally uneven, it couldn't match edge of previous tile causing loss of time for fitter for advising the bend, so disgusting. Company should take account of such cheap quality otherwise they are going to lose customers. After finishing while walking one gets the feeling of hitting the edge of the tile.

I have purchased 90k rupees tiles for my house flooring.and gave work on contract.
When i visit back to my house toto check work progress. i was shocked by seeking uneven flooring. I started blaming contractor. But when he shows me rest all tiles pack. I foundall tile in same condition. I went the shop from where i purched these one. He saller gave shabby excuses. No out come from all.my whole money went in vein.

We ordered 55k worth of tiles. We opened one box and all tiles therein was broken. When informed dealer, he asked to call company. When contacted somany company, they did not respond appropriately. Dealer also made false claims that each tile was checked, however only 2 boxes were checked by delivery boy out of 20 boxes. We are shocked and very disappointed by their beahaviour. Will never buy somany ever again. My money was completely wasted. Even Rigorous follow ups could not help.

I have bought bathroom tiles and sanitary from Somany dealer in Sahibabad area in Ghaziabad on next floor to MR Hyundai showroom. the dealer named as Kohinoor Stone Impex, i have very disappointing experience with dealer as well as company, found many tiles cracked from center and corner I complaint this to dealer he said he is not responsible for this as company claims there are chances for 10% tiles may be cracked and faulty I was surprised...

This is for your information that i, yashpal wadhwa r/o sangrur (Punjab) had purchased tiles from sangrur sales corporation vide different invoices keeping in mind the name, brand, quality of the products and reputation of the company.

We had ordered total 204 tiles and out of these 109 tiles were found broken when taken out of packed boxes. We found that 60% of the tiles were in broken form. This type of problem is not expected from the company like you.

After this we intimated this fact to the dealer from where we purchased the tiles. Mr. Radhey (Territory manager of somany) physically verified the tiles at our premises and confirmed 60% breakage and assured the refund/ exchange, he further suggested to use/fix these tiles and assured that company will compensate us with the loss occurred to us.

But now he has totally denied from his comments and nobody is bothering to indemnify our loss.

We also lodged a complaint regarding this at the customer care of the company vide complaint no.38113 dated 01.06.2016, but the same is still pending and no action has been taken on the same, this is also putting a question mark on the performance of customer care team of the company.

We the people in general can not expect these things from the company like u, which is really a big question mark on the companies hr department who is hiring the manager like mr. Radhey, qc department of the company who did not properly check the tiles while removing from the factory of the company. Not only this your employee mr. Radhey did not even talk properly when contacted later on... He used threatening words to us to do ever we can do... This is also a great lapse on your part.

The motive of this mail is to bring these kind of events before the top management of the company and we hope to get some positive action from the company's management.
