Dear Customer Service Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally request the exchange of both one piece toilet that I purchased from GHANSHYAM MARBLE & TILES 42 TEJ MANDI ALWAR Rajasthan GST number 08AFQPG9016F1ZB ( Product of Somani Ceramics on [29/7/2022], invoice number [GH/95].
Product consisting 2 year warranty.

Unfortunately, I have been experiencing several issues with the toilet since installation. Specifically:

Flush Tank Issues: The flush tank either does not fill properly with water or has a continuous flow of water, which is not only inconvenient but also leads to increased water wastage.

Vacuum Problem: Additionally, there is no proper vacuum created in the toilet while flushing, resulting in ineffective waste removal.

These problems have rendered the toilet unusable and have caused considerable inconvenience in my household.
These persistent problems have caused significant inconvenience, and I believe that an exchange is necessary.

I am willing to pay the difference for a higher quality product if available.
