Sonalika — the tractor sonalika 745 iii di.. is not giving the average and not taking the load due to lack of servicing by showroom mechanic

I have taken the new tractor sonalika 745 iii di (Sikandar) on 2018 from sonalika showroom aurangabad..
The tractor is not talking the load..
And not giving the average too.
The showroom owner is saying that our showroom is off and we can't send the service mechanic to you.
Saying that do the servicing from the local but "if company is ready to take the responsibility of warranty and garenty of the tractor" then i'll take it from local...
Try to resolve my problem fast..
Otherwise i'll complaint in consumer court for the same
