I, shivendra jha, vill-garuara, samastipur, bihar bought below tractor from agency (Maa bhavani tractors and agri equipment). I have sold the land in the name of agency owner (Rajeev kumar ranjan) on behalf of dawn payment on 1-may-2017. They have not given any papers to me or not given my subsidy. Not giving servicing to my tractor also. Just, every time they ignore my request regarding tractor papers and servicing/subsidy for last three months.
