Sonar Bangla Gas Service — Delay for 25 days every month in GAS delivery after booking

Hi, We are facing a trouble from our Indian GAS booking distributor "Sonar Bangla Gas Service" (147. Anandapur. PO-EKTP P.S- Tilzola, Kolkata, West Bengal,[protected]/2321). 4 months back we went to distributor office and shout then within 48hrs we received the Cylinder, it was delivered on-time for extra 1 month but after that again the same issue. Hope you understand the critical situation. without having the GAS cylinder for 20 days. Not only that when we call on that particular contact of distributor, it is "No response" or "Out of service".
