Sonar Bangla Gas Service Complaints & Reviews

This is extremely awful that this sonar bangla gas distributors (207079) are highly unprofessional in their delivery system. After every booking the product is delivered almost after a month. They can never be reached over phone ([protected]). This number always remain unservicable. This is sheer consumer harassment for something that is highly essential. They might be resorting to black marketing and selling the products at more than market price. Please take strict action against them. This is highly disappointing.

Sonar Bangla Gas Service — Gas supply

I am an indane gas consumer (Consumer no.001703). My service provider is "sonar bangla gas service, 147, anandapur, p. S. Anandapur, kolkata-700107, code no. 207079". I have booked my cylinder on 25.07.2017 but till date it is not delivered. Last 5 days i tried to contact to them over phone but none responded.

I am an indane gas consumer (Consumer no.3124). My service provider is "sonar bangla gas service, 147, anandapur, p. S. Anandapur, kolkata-700107, code no. 207079". I have booked my cylinder on 02.10.2016 but till date it is not delivered. Last 15 days i tried to contact to them over phone but none responded. Lastly 3 days before i contacted them over phone and i was asked to bring the empty cylinder for hand delivery. To day when i personally went to the dealer and requested him to deliver me the refill. He refused to deliver though some consumers were getting refilled cylinder. When i request him about my urgency he was using filthy language and refused to deliver me and warned me not to pursue more. Suddenly he was furious and noted my consumer no and threatened me as to my gas connection would be suspend shortly. Even in front of the other consumers and public he uttered that he does not care about any sort of complain and grievances.

Hi, We are facing a trouble from our Indian GAS booking distributor "Sonar Bangla Gas Service" (147. Anandapur.
