[Resolved] Sonata Watch — wrist watch / leather strap torn | |||||
Hi, I bought sonata wrist watch on 24.02.2019. Which have mentioned as original leather strap. Within three month the leather strap was torn. This makes me very disappointed and also Decreases the Trust value of sonata.The watch have one year warranty . The local dealers not ready to change at free of cost. I strongly condemn because If it is the original leather band it will not be torn. You should resolve this issue and transfer another warp . If you didn't then I will approach the consumer court.
