Eye Glasses defect and no resolution

I purchased two spectacles on 21 February 2026 from Titan Eye+ (Connaught Place, New Delhi) fitted with premium high quality and expensive Zeiss Progressive Lences in both the spectacles.

I placed an order on the Titan website on 27th July 2025, and as of today, 8th August, it has been 10 business days without resolution. The package remains undelivered, and the refund has not been initiated, despite multiple follow-ups.

I'm no longer interested to accept consignment as it get delayed. Please initiate the refund....

Complaint Description:

I purchased a Titan watch that turned out to be faulty. Upon raising a complaint, the Titan CRM team instructed me to deposit the watch at a Titan store, which I did on January 31, 2025.

Since then, despite multiple follow-ups over the past 45 days, I have not received a resolution. After repeated calls and escalations, the team initially agreed to provide a replacement coupon, but it has still not been issued. Moreover, for the past 15 days, there has been no response from Titan’s customer service team, leaving me without a resolution.

This delay and lack of communication are highly unprofessional. I request immediate action for the issuance of the replacement coupon or an appropriate resolution at the earliest.

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my purchase of two watches from the Titan app on 24th November 2024. After the purchase, I contacted Titan customer support to inquire about the GST credit for the same, and the staff provided me with written information concerning GST credit on the items purchased.

    However, as of today, 27th February 2025, I have not received the promised GST credit on my GST number, despite having shared all necessary documentation and proof with your team.

    Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received any resolution or response related to this matter. I find this situation to be unsatisfactory and am now compelled to file a formal complaint.

    I request you to kindly investigate this matter and resolve it at the earliest by crediting the GST amount to my GST number.

      I had purchased Fastrack sunglass model no. P419YL5V on 02-January-2025 from
      METAL Enterprise (TITAN EYE+), Meu Square, Next to KFC. Bannerghatta Main Road, JP Nagar, Bangalore 560076.

      Within 25 days, the sunglass is broken at the center. The quality of the frame is not all good and very poor quality.
      I approached the same shop on the 27th, Jan. 25, and they denied taking any action, saying we can't do anything for this damage.

        Your agents said that you offer 6% deduction on old gold instead of 8% but at the time of billing when I noticed 8% deduction, they claimed deduction is applied as making charge discount. But that my discount is there irrespective of old or new gold, so how is it 2% less deduction? Your agents lie because they know no one will sell old gold if you deduct such a high percentage.and consequently you will neither sell new Jewellery.I am reporting you to ministry of corporate affairs with fool proof.

          Hello i have purchased items from your store at sector 17 chandigarh Tanishq on 14.09.2024. The items i purchased were of Rs 122451/- but due to technical issue double payment got deducted from my account anf you have received double payment. For that i have complained on same day and they issued me enclosed refund note on monday but till date no amount has been credited back to my account. Why it is taking so long its already been 5 days. Please take it on urgent basis and refund my money today itself otherwise i have to approach consumer forum, police and social media for this.
          I must say i am really disappointed with your services.

            I have a Gold Harvest scheme A/c. No.15181982 link with my Bank account but due to some reason only two instalments are paid that is 4000/- rupees. I have visited your Premtala Silchar store on last Friday and applied for closing of my said account and required documents also given they told me that within 48 hrs. my bank will be credited with 4000/- rupees but till today no amount received on my bank account and they are unable to answer my query and on 26th of August my bank account hitted and due to insufficient balance NACH failed and my bank account became negative balance. Who will be responsible for this please let me know and oblige.

              I purchased a pair of earrings from Tanishq Ecom site on 24th July 2024. I was charged Rs. 5817/gm whereas their web site itself shows the price as Rs. 5396/gm for that date. I have complained to [protected]@titan.co.in and also to [protected]@titan.co.in. I just a ticket id and no proper response. Even complaining on X didn't help. Ticket id is TKT-[protected] and my order number is SFTQ[protected]. Request you to take appropriate action and get me refund of the excess amount that I have paid.

                  I had placed an order for customised diamond ring on 23rd May, Order number-175. All correct details were provided to the store manager and the order was placed correctly.At the time of delivery the wrong product was delivered.

                  The store rep told us that the factory team had made a mistake and asked us for 2 days to do a feasibility check.Post which second order was placed on 31st May, order no 197.
                  Again wrong product was delivered to us.There has been no proper response by the store executives or the manager.They are simply blaming the other teams.I am shocked by this kind of service and my money is also stuck.Please provide a resolution.

                    I am Bipin Dattani who visited your Ahmedabad show room . Bought a chain and paid Rs 20 K as advance . Before the receipt was made, I requested to change name to Mrs Chandan Dattani.s name but unfortunately, they made receipt of my name which i did not want . Then they expresed inability to change name finally decided to cancel my order . Even to get advance paid amount back, had to undergo lot of formalities and my experience was very bad . It is completely a bureaucratic approach and all became helpless.
                    I would certainly avoid going to Tanisq next time . Though it does not matter to Tanisq but I as a customer would certainly refrain from going to your stores in the future. . Thanks once again .

                          It's not resolved. Tanishq is fraud/scamming name under Tata. Their store address will not match with GST registration no address and “HSN code" they are mentioning is not present in their GST registration no or not alloted they are using HSN code — 71131910 which is not alloted or mentioned in their GST registration. “HSN code should 71141910.” Chor h tanishq Jewellery
