I invested in golden harvest scheme, they then said that 7.5% interest will be given but now they're denying and no interest has been given till date... now they're just giving excuses and their behaviour is too baad... even in the principal amount they were denying to give that money and forced us to purchase some jwellery... I also invested in one another golden harvest which i no longer willing to continue and when i asked them to give my amount back they're just giving excuses and their behaviour is extremely unacceptable...

    This is my order I'd. I order it on 13/07/2022. But till now I didn't recieved it. If I'm keep on asking customer care and email also not even a single response about where's the product.     I have ordered watch online from titan on 4th July 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered before 7th July 2022. The worst part is titan customer care didn't notify on delay and even online no update.

    My mother bought a mangalsutra from tanishq Trichy store on april30, 2022.The stones from that jewellery fell one by one after 10 days of purchase.The chain got cut off after 45 days of purchase.I don't know how a chain can get cut off within a short span of time.I demand an explanation and a compensation.If I don't get a valid reply I may be forced to go to consumer court to get my work done....

    I had marked this a gift when purchasing it. I even had a gift message on it to which I do not know what happened. I did not see it anywhere when the gift was received.
    The main thing: Why on Earth do you guys have to print the price and everything everywhere on the box . You also put a receipt inside the box as well. When order is placed you send us a message that 'order of this such n such amount has been placed' Why???? Thank god...

      During the month of February 2022, we had purchased two fast track smart watches, one in red colour and the other in black.
      During the 2nd week of May 2022, the display of my black coloured smart watch was not functional and I handed it over at your Periyar Nagar Showroom on 25.05.2022.

      I am yet to receive any updates regarding my watch.

        I ordered a ring for my mom on her borthday to give her a surprise it was little big in her finger she went to tanishq store and said please resize this they said you would get it back after a month they called her and she went there she was told that would get a refund because they are gonna make it small instead she was charged more and they didnt even resized the ring it was still big in her finger and i bought that ring ao she can wear that in my brothers wedding and now she wont be able to wear it because it keeps falling because it is big very disappointed with tanishq this is my first experience and its really bad

          I have changed my watch battery from world of Titan (GSTIN - 29AAOFC0580D1ZH). They charged me 405 rupees, just for replacing the battery. Which not at all as per the market standards. Please take necessary action against them on looting customers....

When I returned it to them they sent a email that your refund is initiated. Unfortunately, it’s been more than 4 months. I did not get that refund yet.           I was here in the vashi navi mumbai branch with my family to buy something for my sister on her birthday...she was trying out some earings and I just took one to try it for myself...your staff Ms. U asked me not to wear it why? Then she said only one of you try again WHY?
          Didn't want to create a scene there and spoil the mood but can't I try an earing?
          Or is there any policy stating per family only one member can buy
          The lady was indeed calm and helpful but what she said hurt me...I felt like I did some crime.
          I am too a consumer and I too deserve to try it out.

            Very appalling service, its HTSE 1635KP01 watch was gifted to me by a very special person and I gave the watch for servicing to Titan Showroom near Banashankari 3rd stage, Bangalore - 560085 on 15th May'22 it's been a month now and they say they can't get the watch working due to no mechanism available and asking me to take the watch back, isn't it an horrifying service that you buy such an expensive watch with no option to fix the mechanism...

            I brought a titan raga watch 3 years ago which costs 7750 and now the watch glass is broken and when i asked for a replacement they said there is no stock.i dont understand that a big company like titan has no spare watch glass for a model which is released just 3 years before.i would like to have it repaired soon.
