I lost my bill after purchasing AC. It’s been 11 months since I purchased it and I couldn’t find my bill. I need service and when I called them for duplicate bill they are saying our software changed and cannot provide it.
My warranty will expire soon and they wont do service without bill. They did even sent me the soft copy after purchasing the product.
