I gave my details to and finally they told 12, 230 downpayment and 2875*8months and in addition to this they told 376*8months extra you have to pay for one year warranty extension and it is mandatory for this they told.I come back to your...

We have bought LG double door Refrigerator on 21/12/2020 from Sonovision Punjagutta branch, Hyderabad, The product they sent is scretched product & we have contacted and following up with kola Ramesh & kumar from the day 1 they are not giving proper response and the way the spoke with customers Is completely worst it's almost 9 days still issue is not yet resolved, Now they are saying product is banned...!

Need immediate assistance...

Purchased samsung washing machine 80k54eoww vide inv. No. Se-370 dated 18/04/19, under gift promo offer of samsung a30 mobile phone. We were asked to collect the promo offer in one week's time. But till date the offer is not made available to us. We contacted the local show room several times in the past week only to receive vague & evasive responses. Sometime we were told that the manager concerned was on leave and hence the product though...

One of worst service they provide and they donot have any manners /educates to talk to the client over and above service also is one of the worst !! Actually we purchased LED on 24 October 2024 based on their promotions, it's turned to be fake, however we thought of purchase based on our nessasary, but after purchasing they have taken 3 days time to fix the TV also did not given 3 years warranty card not even installed all channels but just in hurry burry they just fixed it and gone, so I strongly not buy any of their products from SONOVISION, if these company rally care about customer then we are waiting for their call on [protected] to rectify our problem on urgent basis !!

I have purchased 2 Ac in Sonavision showroom Gopalapatnam, installation people charging installation charges and they are also hurry burry doing the work, and not listening our convinent, there are doing all things as their wish.and shouting on customers same response from showroom people. This is not good for families who are staying happly. customer is not getting minimum respect from them
Please look into this.

I purchased a double door fridge (LG) from Sonovision Hydernagar Miyapur showroom ( Hyderabad) on 8th April. The product got delivered on 9th April but no technician has been assigned for demo and installation so far. It's been more than 3 days, the product is lying at home unpacked. I have called the following numbers multiple times ([protected]/ 64/65) since 10th April. Each time I am either answered by someone who says we will look into it and send a person or most of the time call went unanswered. I am really frustrated with this kind of worst service. Such careless and irresponsible behaviour from Sonovision was never expected. The day before I ordered Washing Machine from Reliance Digital, such prompt was their response, everything from delivery to installation was done the same day SONOVISION HYDERNAGAR showroom is the WORST service I have seen so far.

Hi, This complaint is regarding the Samsung Washing machine which I have taken from sonovision. I have ordered for maroon colour washing machine and they gave me brown colour with a dent in it. I did multiple calls nd sent msgs on WhatsApp but they use to tell me they are following up nd will update me. And yesterday when I went to the showroom they started fighting with me they started denying that no we won't change the colour again our billing will change u take that Colour literally for 1hr they made me run around nd then they started denying. Nd the guy who wasn't available when I took the washing machine he is saying we told him that we wanted brown washing machine u can even check with cctv footage that guy came only in the last when the bill was done. But selection of colour and washing machine was done with guys. Nd instead of helping a customer the started fighting. I have taken a fridge and washing machine and I told them clearly I want blue fridge and maroon washing machine but they are denying. 1week I was following up they said they will update me by sending new maroon washing machine but now they are denying. Please help this is so unfair because that colour is not getting sold they are force fully fighting and cheating with customer and Askin them to keep it. I request you to please help me.

The water the dispenser fridge was not working these sonvision have gave us demo pice and not taking return and responsibility also I have raised these complaint to voltas also 7 times I complained sonovision they should give the product but they are not giving

Sir my name is k satyanarayana reddy from bowenpally secunderabad 7 days back i purchased washing mechine lg 10.5 kg for 62500 from punjagutta sonovision stores second day delivered demo person came istaled but ts coming huge noise he said company person will come and check till now no body has come the store persons are not giving responce

We happened to purchase refrigerator and during the purchase the staff promised to give gift during Dussehra. On Dussehra I have called the staff on the same and they said to come on next day to collect the gift. When I went to the store the response was nil. Still they said gifts are out of stock.

I have brought LG REFRIGERATOR double door 2/8/2021 from sonyvision Rajahmundry branch. The product they sent is screeched product & we have immediately contacts to sonyvision sales executive and Manager same day but they are not giving proper response and the executive talking very rood, he told once we sent the product from my showroom we did not return any damage. The way the spoke with customer completely worst
After two day I used the refrigerator, I never perchance and advise others Friends also from sonyvision Rajahmundry Branch worst

Hi...I had sent my water heater to sonovision stores at ameenapet branch for replacement two months back..they told it will take 10 days..but still they are telling different reasons and delaying..pls look into it and settle my issue ASAP..

Have bought Hitachi ac from here. Ac stopped working. It's been 3 months
No one is providing support for this. Sonovision is not helping to resolve this.

We have purchased washing machine and Fridge on 31.12.2020 at sonovision Dabagardens and those items were delivered to our address on 11 04.2021. But till date no one is coming for installation of the Washing Machine and Fridge. We are trying to contact sonovision show room Dabagardens over phone no [protected]. But, No one is lifting the call. Already 8 days over. Please go through the issue and provide us installation staff by today itself.

I lost my bill after purchasing AC. It’s been 11 months since I purchased it and I couldn’t find my bill. I need service and when I called them for duplicate bill they are saying our software changed and cannot provide it.

My warranty will expire soon and they wont do service without bill. They did even sent me the soft copy after purchasing the product.

I went to buy Samsung washing machine in lb nagar on January 26 in sonovision the the lottery draw was conducted in sonovision kukatpally(Hyderabad).In lb nagar the staff members talking that all prizes Honda amazed cars and all the gifts taken in lottery on that day were manipulated and were given to friends and relatives of staffs working in the Kukatpallysonovision and lb nagar sonovision This makes the company owners and customers fools by the staff working in Kukatpally and lb nagar .so I request you take the draw online and not by the staff in the same state.so the staff cannot fool company owners and customers .

[protected] we paid advance for LG UN8000 TV in sonovision In anantapur. They given promise date[protected], but they didn’t delivered the TV . After few days they called and they said if you bill now you will get three years warranty and we believed and we paid the bill. After we called so many times but they didn’t given the TV, instead of that they are saying wrong statements. It’s been two months and but still they didn’t given the TV, TL is not even responding instead of that he is talking in unprofessionally. He is scolding another staff members too because of his behaviour. Now he is saying take your money back and go away . After 2 months. Very unprofessional and they are not giving any values for customer. Kindly take a serious action on this they are doing same thing for so many customer giving wrong statements and wrong commitments . People are paying full amount and they haven’t been waiting for months.

We have made a payment for Whirlpool washing machine of 7.5Kgs(Fully Automatic StainWash) in Gudivada branch to deliver in Vijayawada, at the time of purchase they said we will deliver in 4-6 Days and it's almost a month and now they are misbehaving while we are calling and they are staying we said it will take 1month time. And now they are giving silly excuses by saying product got damaged while in shipping so we are unable to deliver give 3-4days to deliver the product. Now they are not responding to the calls.

If they said while we are purchasing only it will take one month then why we will make payment there and also it is not the new release product to wait it already exists in the market, Now they are saying product is not getting manufactured in the market.

I bought washing machine on 18 th may 2020 at Sonovision gopalapatnam branch, Visakhapatnam,

One week back complaint came means door not closing properly, I approached Sonovision store but till not yet solved..

They are saying that your mobile number not registered?
I don't know who are there at the time of billing?

Like above I am getting answers..

This is not fare, I believe Sonovision it's best service..
If not yet solved today I am going to raise complaint in consumer court forum by submitting bills, voice record and everything

We have been there for buying an washing machine, the team was not behaving properly and improper BEHAVIOR towards customers

I buy a new 43inchs samsung smart TV at sonovision BHIMAVARAM, Andhra pradesh, for the Amount of Rs. 35000/- The staff and the manager Buy Default picture tube, and I ask the manager to change TV but not agree for that, he said I can change Picture tube, I took that, but again and again the picture tube quality was Same as first one . Please rectify my obligation. Thank you

I am shaik hussain.i purchased godrej ac from sonovision vijayawada and after that they send their representatives to install it.

in the march I made a 2nd time service request due to not giving a cool air from ac on 28 th March-20.due to lockdown your service engineer visited our unit on 29 th may -20
And said gas was leaked due wrong installation and he informed me that this unit is not installed by godrej experts.and it was cover under warranty.sir now I was the aggrieved person since I purchased. I made request to install.they installed. Mean while regarding maintainance I made a first request also.they came check gave that everything perfect.later problem came.i made 2nd service request that the above problem occurred.now they saying this was not installed perfectly.who has to bear this loss.

We brought a whirlpool triple door fridge on this date[protected] from the date of purchase fridge is not working, raised complaint so many times they came once and changed few parts but also the complaint of fridge is not rectified, sono vision manager accepted to replace the fridge till now there is no reply from manager. Toooooooo bad sono vision

My self ramarao and i purchased lg washing machine on 18.05.2020. Sales men said that the installation will be done with in 4 days from the date of purchase.

Till now no one contacted us for installation and there is no response when we called to sonovision rjy branch.

Dear sir this is ramesh thatichetti with contact [protected] i have purchased a hitachi split ac on[protected] at my purchase i was provided a ac stand for free and informed me to pay rs 300 for installation but at the time of ac installation the tech has charged me rs 500 for ac installation and rs 300 for stand installation i was cheated by the sonovision sales executive. I would have paid rs 1000 if they had given me information prior but this seems to a one cheeting module of sales as myself beeing in business i felt so sad.. Please sonovision look into this type of faulty promise by executives...
