I have paid Rs 999 (1 year subscription plan) to sony liv app through apple mandate on 23 december 2022. My apple ID shows plan purchased and money has been deducted from my account too. I complained to sony liv app through email and whatsapp ( as they don’t provide customer care number for direct conversation) but sonly liv team still not responded even after requesting multiple times. Kindly look into this as this is highly unfair that even after payinv, i am not getting service. I have attached screenshot of payment detail.
