Sonyliv App — app not opening

Hello sir /mam,
From 11th May 2018 onwards I am unable to open the SonyLIV app to watch my favorite shows... As soon as I click on the SonyLIV app, a small circle moves for few seconds and then immediately my home page comes back(the app gets closed itself).
Please help me to resolve this issue immediately as we r missing our favorite shows to be watched...
