I have seen advertisement on facebook. The offer was one + one free blue tooth ear bud of JBL make. This offer was given by Soundaudioz.com. I have visited the site and booked the item on COD basis on 22-feb2020 vide order no PW33733. After receiving the item I have opened and found inspite of JBL make bluetooth ear bud 02 quantities there was different item. It was bluetooth band mske not mentioned but Sport Headset classical @ Professional sound mentioned and Mobile joystic which I have not ordered. I have tried the mobile no mentioned on the bill but it was not ok. Later tried to contact on mail but no reply received. This I have tried 3-4 days before I have approach to you. I want my money back. It is very much clear that the vendor is not genuine..

Please help me out.
