I have visited the site and booked the item on COD basis on 22-feb2020 vide order no PW33733. After receiving the item I have opened and found inspite of JBL make bluetooth ear bud 02 quantities there was different item. It was bluetooth band mske not mentioned but Sport Headset...

I recently bought a combo of wireless earphones from site www.soundaudioz.com which on site showed combo of samsung level u headphones and sony wireless earpods.
But today it got delivered and the products were cheap chinese earphone...

December last week mene ek order kia soundaudio ki site par jisme jbl company ke upar ek offer chal rha tha jisme 1699 + 99 rupee shipping charge rupee k under jbl ka headphone, jbl ka earbud's aur jbl ka wireless earphone mil raha tha.
Last 30 dec ko muje mera order mila jiske under cheap wireless earphone tha aur sath me ek wireless charger tha jiska koi uses nhii h
Mere dwara diye gye order k badle muje ye product rec hua...

This site is fraud and the picture which is showm they did not deliver the same product amd they have mentioned 42 hours replacement but there is no replacement and return option in the site. Please look into ta issue. The product given is totally duplicate and it is cheap nearly it will be of 300 rupees, if you want i can give the pictures also, and the contact no. Is switched off, and the address given is also wrong i think.
