South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — charged unexpected bill after few months

Hi,

We have paid bill till Nov 2016. After that they didn't give any bill details few months and suddenly received bill around RS. 4200 somewhere in march 2017. Why they don't given continue bill.
And currently my bill is 5605.94.
I don't know that how it's possible. I went the power station, but nobody listen to me.
