    विषय: पोल हटाने हेतु

    प्रिय महोदय,
    मेरी कॉलोनी में 2020 में नया पोल लगाया गया है जो कि अभी पूर्ण निर्मित नहीं है। मेरी बाउंड्री वॉल के पास पुराना पोल लगा है जो कि काफी खतरनाक है, सभी हाई एक्सटेंशन तार मेरी बाउंड्री वॉल के अंदर आ गए हैं, जिनका इक्लेक्टिक शॉक के संपर्क में आना खतरनाक है और जो कि दुर्घटना का कारण बन सकता है।

    सभी नए बिजली के खंभों को अच्छी तरह से योजनाबद्ध तरीके से सुरक्षित तरीके से स्थापित किया जाए। इसलिए मेरा आपसे निवेदन है कि कृपया बिजली के झटके और जानमाल की हानि से बचने के लिए मेरी सीमा की ओर से पुराने खंभे को हटा दें और जो नए पोल 3 साल पहले गाड़े गए हैं उनमें नई तार डाले जाए। इस संदेश के साथ कुछ स्नैपशॉट संलग्न कर रहा हूँ।

      Amount debited but not recharged or refund

      Recharged my smart meter online with Rs300 & Rs 400 through bihar bijli smart meter app. Amount got debited from the account but not added in the recharge balance. The transaction was done at 7:26 am
      On 30th july 2023 . Unable to contact any customer support...

      Address: Flat number 50903, Nikoo Homes 1, Bhartiya City, Bangalore.

      High Meter bill. The house is closed from long time and we were paying electricity bill every month. The electricity bill for previous months was less but suddenly this month it came as Rs. 19485 which is not correct. Please support.

        My CA number is [protected], i received a very high bill for the month of july and when i checked in detail i learned that the last month reading is showing incorrect and is very very less leading to the very high bill . the current reading is 11609 and the last is showing 3320 units only. In feb only my meter reading was 8939 .

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          I am Mr. Manik Singh and my consumer number is [protected].
          I had applied for permanent disconnection of electricity. The amount asked by Chandi electricity office staff for permanent disconnection has already been deposited and She (a lady sitting in the first cabin just after entering the block) assured me that your disconnection will be done within a week. When I asked for no dues, She don't have any answer; in response to my question I got a reply from her that, come next time to get the no dues. However, even after waiting for a week, disconnection has not been done yet.
          Since I am an 85 years old man and unable to come to Chandi office many times, I request you to please give me the no dues immediately and permanently disconnect the electricity now.
          My registered mobile number is not having with me. For any contact you can call/message on my mobile number [protected].
          Remarks: No uses of electricity since last two years. The same reading was reflected during disconnection.

                    I live in rural area which village is Vishunpur Pakri of Patna District and it belongs to Beur thana.

                    On 28/05/2016, I had taken the connection. It should have issued DS-1 connection but intensionally DS-2 connection was issued having told "After meter Instalation It will be reformed and DS-1 bill will be generated". Meter installed in 2019 but not updated from DS-2 to DS-1.

                    On 13/03/2023, I wrote an online complaint for first billing and its complaint no is [protected].

                    After 3 days I call on 1912 and got another complaint registered against first billing and its complaint no is [protected].

                    After 2 weeks, I got a phone call from Punpun Subdivision and it is shared to me my CA no[protected]. In this CA Number have Rs. 16, 354 dues for 1205 units by average billing til march, 2022 and have many incorrect details which do not match to me.. like consumer's name, consumers Father’s Name, mobile number, meter number, connection date. I called back on that number and shared all these incorrects. He called me office with connection receipt, meter's photo and neighbor electricity bills.

                    next day I visited the office. An Assistant IT Manager sir updated everything except meter number. He told that Meter number correction will be done after payment for this bill with at least Rs. 10, 000 and then Rs. 118 for RCDC.

                    After next day I visited office and paid 10, 000 applied RCDC. Meter number correction is done but DS-2 consumer based bill generated of Rs. 22, 691 for rest 3310 units (4515 Current Reading - 1205 Previous Reading).

                    My neighbor is using DS-1 connection and his CA no is [protected].

                    Finally I request you for changing my Connection from DS-2 to DS-1 and generate the actual bill on Current Reading 4515. Thank you!

                    I was applying for first billing. Already generated a bill of Rs. 16354 for 1205 units...i don't know by what rate it is calculated.

                              I would like to inform you that, My Name is Deepak Kumar Srivastava, Village- Tamadh, Post-Odar, Dist - Kaimur Bhabua Bihra 821108, on Dated - 24th Nov 2022, SBPDCL Team reached my home around 01:26 PM, and found some issues with My Electric Meter, I am ok this is my mistek, but during the penalty they over charged Motor on my name, but Motor already registered Umesh Lal Name, he paid bill every month, when i request many time to remove the extra penalty about wrong motor charges on me, Mr Bipin Bihari Lal (SDO Kudra) & JE Gautam Singh Kudra denied my request, and he told me what amount I have written against you during the FIR this is Final no. It can not change, I am also attaching my FIR Copy.

                                    Sir/Madam I am a citizen of Sasaram, Bihar, 821115 I want to say that I purchased a house in my town and when i go to main SBPDCL branch from there staff told me to go to power house which is in MADAAR DARWAZA i came here to complete the process to the Angle which is on my house wall and the wall is in very critical condition i want to distroy that wall and make a new and for that i want that Angle to be removed from there power house man send me again to main branch of SBPDCL when i went there again then again they told me that the address is not in their control then they send me again to power house where JEE was there this is very annoying i told him that why you all are sending me here and there then they the JEE I don’t know the name of him they threat me and said that go your work is not done do whatever you can then i say why then they say you are angry yes i am angry because from both they are sending me here and there then they missbehave with me and my mother also and in loud voice they said that your work will not done go and do whatever you want. Sir/Madam I want a legal action on him as soon as possible because if this is your department doing then i will take another action so from me its a humble request take action on JEE POWER HOUSE MADAAR DARWAZA, SASARAM.
