Amount debited but not recharged or refund

Recharged my smart meter online with Rs300 & Rs 400 through bihar bijli smart meter app. Amount got debited from the account but not added in the recharge balance. The transaction was done at 7:26 am
On 30th july 2023 . Unable to contact any customer support...

Excessive and faulty smart meter reading

New Meter Connection Request not attended from 5 months

I have applied for a new connection in Usman Nagar, Phulwari sharief, Patna on 4th March 2021 online through SBPDL Website having reference no: [protected]. Within 10 days of Application they have completed the steps till document verification.

frequent power cut in gaya city

power cut in boring road

There is long breakdown happening at Yaduvnsh Path, Wholesale Gali, Boring Road, Patna -1 every night since last four days between 11 pm to 3 am. Pesh helpline remain always busy as they hang the phone to avoid complain. After reaching pesu at midnight, the say that transformer is getting overheated and current will be restore within half an hour which never happens. We are facing hard time. Please help.....

Sir, sbpcdl, bill collection counter at nagar panchayat office hisua, distt. Nawada. Working hours is not displayed. On 8th feb 2018 at 1 p. M on duty counter clerk awadhesh kumar singh misbehaved with me, when asked about his working hours. And stated you are no body to ask this question and also threatend me for evil consiquences. Suitable action solicited. What deemed fit?

    प्रिय महोदय,
    मेरी कॉलोनी में 2020 में नया पोल लगाया गया है जो कि अभी पूर्ण निर्मित नहीं है। मेरी बाउंड्री वॉल के पास पुराना पोल लगा है जो कि काफी खतरनाक है, सभी हाई एक्सटेंशन तार मेरी बाउंड्री वॉल के अंदर आ गए हैं, जिनका इक्लेक्टिक शॉक के संपर्क में आना खतरनाक है और जो कि दुर्घटना का कारण बन सकता है।

    सभी नए बिजली के खंभों को अच्छी तरह से योजनाबद्ध तरीके से सुरक्षित तरीके से स्थापित किया जाए। इसलिए मेरा आपसे निवेदन है कि कृपया बिजली के झटके और जानमाल की हानि से बचने के लिए मेरी सीमा की ओर से पुराने खंभे को हटा दें और जो नए पोल 3 साल पहले गाड़े गए हैं उनमें नई तार डाले जाए। इस संदेश के साथ कुछ स्नैपशॉट संलग्न कर रहा हूँ।

      High Meter bill. The house is closed from long time and we were paying electricity bill every month. The electricity bill for previous months was less but suddenly this month it came as Rs. 19485 which is not correct. Please support.
