Sir/madam, i hiramuni devi consumer of your company. My consumer no is [protected]. Sir, i have cleared all outstanding amount against my electric bill in month of jul 2017 and adjusted in the month of aug 2017 where my outstanding bill amount showing rs 8139/- and also received msg through sms. Again i had gone your office to deposit my electric bill, your office representative is saying that your outstanding amount is rs 18600/-. However i have deposited the same but not understood that which rate of bill is detecting by your office. May i request you to resolve my unwanted my problem and also get it refund my access amount deposited in your office and also clarify detecting rate of money as we are residi g in rural area. Thanking you.
