South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — Demanding illegal money for new connection. | |||
Sir I applied new Lt connection on 27 Sep 20 online through Suvidha app (Req no-[protected]). On 29 Sep a call received from bijli office Punpun (Masaurhi) for meter installation. Two person came with meter and bigin installing. They demand 500/-rupee for meter installation and saying he will give mannual receipt. I denied after confirmation from customer care Sbpdcl. They taken back meter and saying they will come in evening but did not come. After this no progress of my application from 29 Sep 20. Please look matter and give connection as earliest.
