I had applied for permanent disconnection of electricity. The amount asked by Chandi electricity office staff for permanent disconnection has already been deposited and She (a lady sitting in the first cabin just after entering the block) assured me that your disconnection will be done within a week. When I asked for no dues, She don't have any answer; in response to my question I got a reply from her that, come next time to get the no dues. However, even after waiting for a week, disconnection has not been done yet.
Since I am an 85 years old man and unable to come to Chandi office many times, I request you to please give me the no dues immediately and permanently disconnect the electricity now.
