[Resolved] South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — electricity account locked | |||||
Hello, I have paid my all bills payment of amt rs.31096/- to sbpdcl. The problem is that department has locked my account. Now none bill i can see in my electricity account. When i reached at department to asking why my account has been locked then they replied you have to go to electric supply division banka & there you have to pay some amount. My question is when i cleared my all bills payment then why should i pay the amount to unlock my account. So, please take some necessary steps to resolved this problem.
