[Resolved]  South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — incorrect meter reading

This is the third time such type o[censored]nexpected excess billing. On 8 feb meter reading was 108.. I got the bill from 8 feb to 11 march but in bill difference of meter reading 0... Ghosit unit 166... Why??? On 16 march my meter reading was 223 i. E diffrence from 8 feb to 16 march 115 units... I got excees bill always may be sbpdc team play dirty game.. This is third time i caught him for incorrect meter reading.. They generate the bill from 8 feb to 11 march for 166 units... But when i checked feom 8 feb to 16 march 105 units this is unbelievable. May i pray you to correct the bill immediately... I complained on 16 march but they closed without correction my query my bill no[protected]

they called me by unknown no but they didnot solve my query...i went to office with actual meter reading...and warned him for incorrect meter reading...they took 1 day for correction...after complaing here i got call...but they didnot take any action...

they called me today and told they took avg unit...i want to ask why they took avg???...if my meter is in good condition...they have done 5-6 times ...this type...why i pay for extra ₹500...this money went to sbpdcl team's pocket...very pathetic service

this is hilarious by SBPDCL i m complaining but again this month they have generated bill by ghosit unit . again they generate extra bill...what is ur problem? why u not come n take meter reading...

this time i will complain by LOKAYUKT...i hate consumercimplaints website also...becoz they didn't take any action

I paid my electricity bill through mobiquick. once my money deducted from my account balance, and the bill was due still.later i had to pay the bill again.again my money got deducted. i am enclosing some screenshots of the transaction id.please check it, resolve it and refund my money in my account.

I buy led bulb in electric office bhagalpur in[protected] and i have 3 years warranty on this product but now there not any replacement in office.
