South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — Lack of electricity plus the authorities refuse to do their work properly

This is a resident of Durga Bari Colony, Haridas Chatterjee Lane, Gaya-823001, Bihar. South Bihar Power Distribution Company limited is supposed to be the source of electricity here, however, they don't do there work properly at all. The complaint section of their main portal doesn't work. It's unable to fetch the CA Number even when we put the correct one. This is why we are unable to file any complaint related to power distribution. Please fix this ASAP since the list of phone numbers which you have provided on the portal are not responding. I am a citizen of this country and I have a right to getting proper electricity distribution and I am not getting this irrespective of me paying the electricity bill and that too on time. There is the worst power distribution at Durga Bari Colony, Haridas Chatterjee Lane, Gaya-823001. Me as a working professional I need to work for 15 hours in a day and I am not able to get proper sleep due to multiple and excessive power outages at my place. Every time, there are multiple issues like cable damage/blown, MCB failure, less capacity holding transformer, etc. It has been a high time now. Customer care executives either don't pick up the calls or they say we have sent the line man. I don't understand what do they do, since it's a 3rd consecutive day that there's a power outage at my place and that too with the same cable issue or low weightage transformer, etc. How are we supposed to live? This is one of the basic amenities which we should receive. Please take care of this, fix the issue with a permanent fix by putting a high weightage and high capacity held transformer or whatever good means possible at the earliest. How are we supposed to live in a continuous developing town like Gaya with 45°- 47° C temperature without electricity?? We are just sitting and hoping to get back the electricity for the whole night and don't sleep at all. The JE doesn't pick up the call or tells we are busy with other works. What does other work mean when people here are going through hell. All the power backups have failed. How do we do our job? Should we just resign or what? This is really a high time now. Please fix the electricity issue of this place with a permanent fix. It's every month that we go through all these issues. The whole summer is the worst here.
