I have submitted twice electricity bill through payu sbpdcl website on[protected], ca number[protected]Shashi kala kumari), payu reference number of both transaction-[protected] & [protected] and today i got electricity bill of this month, but previous advance bill payment was not adjusted and when i call them regarding this they told me, we have received only one payment i also contacted bank & payu, they told your both transaction was successful. Consumer ID-DJ78784, wrong bill provided by SBPDCL without meter reading 839 units presented and bill provided Rs 5305, so should you bill raise after meter reading .
