I am Mohammad Shamshad Alan Electricity consumer from federal colony Isapur Phulwari Sharif, Patna.I would like to inform you. We didn't receive electricity bill on monthly basis. While company having new rule. If consumer have due one month electricity bill line will be disconnect by company. Therefore consumer also have right. If bill didn't receive on monthly basis. They will not pay bill.It's should be free of charge as a penalty of delayed bill delivery to consumer.
